Application Fee :  A Demand Draft of Rs. 500/- (250/- for SC/ST candidates) drawn in favour of the Director PGIMER, Chandigarh payable at State Bank of India, Sector 12, Chandigarh.
How to Apply : The application in the prescribed format  form can be submitted upto 16/02/2012.
